i’m using blogger currently for it is very efficient to use. but i want to experience more flexibility in my blog and i want a blogging tool that offers to "add another page" to my blog. and i really don’t understand php, cgi, mysql, stuffs like that.

wordpress could be good if i know php stuffs, but in reality i don’t. i only know html.

any suggestion? best blogging tool in my case? or anyone who has a golden heart to put up a wordpress site for me?
